In the summer of 2012, while travelling in a train in Germany, I felt the start of an inner spiritual awakening. What spiritual awakenings are- well I didn’t know at that time but now I do.

Spiritual awakenings are “You” whom you identify as your mind and body, being awakened to your soul’s presence. When this phenomena occurs, the old self with many dense energies and the identification of self with the mind and body, fades away, giving rise to a “New You” who identifies herself/himself as a “Soul”, as a being of light, living inside this precious human body.

But this process of metamorphosis isn’t easy. It can be accompanied by upheavals in or around you, which enables the old self to be cleared to make space for the new self to emerge. I went through this process for a long long time.

For me the spiritual awakening journey brought to the surface severe anxiety, depression, uncontrollable anger, helplessness and so much more. But alongside, it also brought out the beautiful inner soul light I carried. As my consciousness rose and as I tapped more into my “Soul’s Light”, the more happiness and peace returned to my heart and the more I healed.

As I continued to walk this journey, I came across many people suffering through anxiety, feeling stuck in life and in negative relationship patterns. I saw people suffering but not being able to make any breakthroughs.
